성녀 프리스킬라(Saint Priscilla)는 만키우스 아이일리우스 글라브리오(Mancius Aeilius Glabrio)의 아내이며 로마 원로원 의원이던 성 푸덴스(Saint Pudens)의 어머니이다.

Saint Priscilla is the wife of Mancius Aeilius Glabrio and the mother of Saint Pudens, a member of the Roman Senate.
그녀의 집은 살라리아 가도(Via Salaria)에 있었는데 사도 베드로(Peter)가 로마에서 선교할 때 본부로 사용하였다. 그녀는 도미티아누스 황제의 박해로 남편과 함께 순교하였다.

Her house was located on the Via Salaria and was used as the headquarters of the Apostle Peter during his missionary work in Rome. She was martyred along with her husband during the persecution of Emperor Domitian.
그녀의 집 아래에 있는 초기 기독교인들의 무덤인 카타콤바는 후일 그녀의 이름을 따서 프리스킬라 카타콤바라고도 한다.
